Expulsion/suspension from School

Often the behaviour of a child may warrant the sanction of a suspension or an explusion from School. While the school may feel this is necessary punishment, they are governed by the Schools (Suspension and Expulsion of Pupils) Regulations (NI) 1995 which means that often an expulsion decision can be challenged through Judicial Review.
