Ann Kinder
Ann is the managing partner of Donnelly & Kinder . She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1992 with an Honours Degree in Law. She was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1993 and practiced as a Barrister for three years. Ann was involved mainly in personal injury litigation and family law cases. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 1997 and became a founding partner of Donnelly & Kinder in 2001.
Shauna O'Hara
Shauna was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1998 and subsequently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2002. She joined the Litigation team at Donnelly & Kinder in 2005 and became a partner in Donnelly & Kinder in May 2011.
Sara Carter
After graduating from Dundee University with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree in 1998, Sara immediately gained employment in one of the province’s prominent conveyancing firms. She then joined the Conveyancing Department at Donnelly and Kinder in 2008 where she specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Sara has extensive experience in house sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Jayne Knox
Jayne has been employed as an Assistant Solicitor in the Litigation Department at Donnelly & Kinder since 2022. She graduated from Queens University with a LLB in Law with Politics and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2008.
Debi Turner
Debi is a Legal Executive in the Personal Injury Department. Debi has worked in legal practice for 20 years.
Céadhra Cummings
Céadhra is a Solicitor in the Private Client Department. She joined Donnelly & Kinder in 2025.
Áine McAllister
Áine is a Solicitor in the Employment Department. She joined Donnelly and Kinder in February 2025.
Alicja Plotka
Alicja is a Trainee Solicitor who is the final stages of her apprenticeship. She joined Donnelly & Kinder as a paralegal in 2023 and assisted in the Litigation Department before commencing her apprenticeship in September 2024. She is currently assisting in the Employment Department.
Abigail Murphy-Donnelly
Abigail is a Trainee Solicitor currently attending the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She joined Donnelly & Kinder as a paralegal in 2024 and assisted in the Litigation Department before commencing her apprenticeship in September 2025.
