Jayne has been employed as an Assistant Solicitor in the Litigation Department at Donnelly & Kinder since 2022. She graduated from Queens University with a LLB in Law with Politics and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2008.
Jayne specialises in Industrial Disease with a particular focus on noise induced hearing loss, asbestos related injuries, CTS, repetitive strain injuries, upper limb disorders and occupational dermatitis. She has extensive experience of dealing with these claims at both County Court and High Court and has exclusively practised in personal injury for many years. Jayne has also previously worked in a large Commercial law firm dealing with the defence of Industrial disease and accident at work claims, therefore is aware of the issues that can be raised by Insurers and Employers during a claim.
Jayne also has an interest in and looks after our Medical Negligence claims within our office. She is experienced in working with clients who have suffered from negligent treatment to include, for example, dental claims, birth defect claims and misdiagnosis claims.
Jayne currently represents a number of trade union members and workers from a variety of industries and backgrounds across the jurisdiction.
