Aimée is an Assistant Solicitor with Donnelly & Kinder in the Litigation Department. She graduated with a First Class Honours in Law with Politics from Ulster University in 2020 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2022.
Aimee specialises in Personal Injury Claims and Education Law. She can advise on all aspects relating to Special Needs Education, issues with school admissions and expulsions and can challenge decisions made by the Education Authority through Judicial Review. Aimee also advises on issues involving the Health and Social Care Trust where disabled children require an assessment of their needs.
Aimee also provides PACE representation.
