Leah is an assistant Solicitor in the Private Client department. She graduated from Queens University, Belfast with an LLB in Common and Civil Law with Spanish in 2020. Leah spent a year of her degree studying Law in Zaragoza, Spain and tutoring English in her spare time.
Leah studied at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies where she obtained a postgraduate diploma with Distinction in Professional Legal Studies. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 after completing her apprenticeship at Donnelly & Kinder.
Leah specialises in non-contentious matters such as conveyancing, wills, probate, estate planning and care of the vulnerable and elderly (to include Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership Orders). Leah also has a particular interest in cases involving the Mental Capacity legislation.
